Ingredients
• 2 eggs • 1/2 cup shortening • 1 cup sugar • 1 cup brown sugar • 1 cup pecans • 1/2 teaspoon water • 2 cups sifted flour • 1 teaspoon baking soda • 1 teaspoon salt • 1 teaspoon vanilla • 12 ounces El Rey Bucare Dark 58.5% Chocolate • 1 cup oatmeal (optional) • 1/2 cup butter
Directions
shortening.
Add water and vanilla.
Add flour, soda and salt. Chop chocolate into chunks and add to bowl.
Stir in pecans, oatmeal and chocolate.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes 375 degrees.
